Go Red for Women Event

Did you know that cardiovascular disease claims more women's lives than the next seven causes of death combined-nearly 500,000 women's lives a year? Cardiovascular disease is mostly           preventable, so understanding these serious health threats can make a lifesaving difference. The American Heart Association has launched a nationwide campaign to raise awareness of the No. 1 killer.
 
Join us for a heart healthy cooking demo from Dr. David Lash, Family Practice Physician at Southwest General Health Center, followed by lunch! Be sure to wear your red to show your support for this life promoting program. Ticket sales end February 3rd.
