Donations, Volunteers and Help Needed
Please Donate
Our talented art students are looking for pieces of slate, wood cut outs and wooden plaques to be donated to the Senior Center. The students will be creating beautiful, hand painted works of art on the donated items then selling them at our craft table to raise money for the Senior Center.
Yarn Wanted!
Our Warm Up America knitters and crocheters are hoping you’ll find some unwanted yarn. They are accepting any and all amounts and colors. Just drop your yarn donations off at the Senior Center Front Desk. Also, stop in the Craft Room and see the lovely creations made by these ladies which are given as donations throughout the community.
Craft Room Request
The Creative Crafters are in need of clean, 4” plastic lids. They use these lids to make cardholders. You can often find these on smaller nut and coffee cans. Drop them off at the Senior Center Front Desk. Thanks for helping our Crafters.
Don’t forget about our craft table when starting your holiday shopping! We have something for everyone!
Grab-N-Go Volunteers Needed!
We are currently looking for volunteers for our popular Grab-n-Go breakfast and lunch cart. Volunteers sell fresh soup, sandwiches, soup, bagels, muffins and more . Our lunch Grab-n-Go cart is opening Monday - Friday from 11am-1pm and breakfast cart is open 7am-9am Monday- Friday. If you have some time to volunteer please call Melissa in the Kitchen at 580-3275. Volunteer Opportunities If you have time to spare, enjoy getting out and meeting new people consider being a volunteer at our active Ehrnfelt Senior Center.
