Lifeguards & Water Safety Instructors 

The City of Strongsville, Ehrnfelt Recreation Center is looking to fill immediate openings for lifeguards and WSI’s. All qualified candidates MUST possess current American Red Cross Lifeguard and WSI Certifications.

MINIMUM starting hourly rate for lifeguards is $7.40 - $9 and WSI’s $8-$11
depending on experience. Openers earn an additional $2 per hour. Lifeguards must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.

Lifeguard applicants will be water tested on all water skills and CPR.
