Women's Only Circuit Program
Provides a trainer supervised 30-minuteworkout with weights and cardio. It includes
monitoring and tracking of body measurements, body fat and weight and an on-site

Introduction to Youth Strength Training
Boys and Girls (ages 12-14) learn proper strength techniques with the strength training equipment.
Class completion provides access to the Youth Strength Training Room. Attendance is strongly
recommended, missing classes will result in not completing the class. Evening class meets two
times per week for four weeks and weekend class meets one time per week for six weeks.

Belly Dancing (Activity Studio)
Beginning belly dancing with Hala: Shimmy into shape as you enjoy a beautiful dance art while
strengthening, reshaping, and exercising your body. Ladies of all ages come and experience the
movements of hip drops, snake arms, and shimmies.

Sport Conditioning Training
For Boy and Girl Athletes of all Sports!
This 6 week program will focus on:
1. Introduction to speed mechanics and proper body alignment
2. Fundamentals of Change of Direction - Agility
3. Balance of proprioception
4. Plyometrics for explosive movements
5. Speed Development Training
6. Conditioning of the Anaerobic Energy System
7. Education of proper warm ups and cool downs
8. Training safe, smart, and effective

Boxercize
An intense work out punching and kicking boxing bags that combines the anaerobic and aerobic energy
systems of the body. The exercise combinations of kicks and punches enhance hand-eye coordination
as well as balance and timing. Students keep the hand/wrist wraps which are included in the
registration fee. Boxing gloves are available to use during the class.
