Citizens Police Academy

The Citizens Police Academy (CPA) is an interactive program between citizens and the police. It is designed to help citizens become more aware of their police department, regulations, and the Criminal Justice system. This program allows citizens and police officers to meet and interact in a positive and proactive setting to share ideas and information.
 
Classes are on Tuesdays at the Strongsville Police Department, 18688 Royalton Road. The first session is Tuesday, September 19, 2023, 5:30pm to 9pm. The remaining sessions are 6 pm to 9 pm each Tuesday for ten weeks. Completed application must be received no later than September 1, 2023. Drug Drop Box   

The Police Department has installed a secure drop-off box for medication that is expired or no longer needed. It's available in the lobby of the police station. Only pills are accepted.
