SPINNING® PROGRAM The original and most comprehensive indoor cycling program of its kind. This program combines cardiovascular training and a series of movements to give participants an unparalleled workout. The use of a heart rate monitor is encouraged to maximize the effectiveness of the program. It’s done in a group environment that integrates music and visualization with virtually no learning curve and no impact. The Spinning program is for people of all fitness levels. SpinningPass This pass is good for all Spinning classes. You will be able to attend any Spinning class available over the course of the month. At time of package purchase, participants must reserve date(s) & time(s). Passes start the first of every month.

PLEASE NOTE: If this is your first Spinning class (other than Intro), entry into the class will not be permitted once class has begun due to set-up time & instruction. NEW participants must be in the Spinning area 15 minutes before class time.
Introduction to the Spinning Program Want to try a Spinning class but feel intimidated by the regulars or the intensity? Learn how to properly set up the bike, check your intensity level and develop proper techniques. Actual exercise time is approximately 30 minutes, so bring your water bottle and towel!
