| The Strongsville Recreation Department offers youth basketball leagues for children in grades 2-12. There are three sessions: the fall/winter leagues, the spring leagues and the summer leagues. The registration period for the fall/winter league begins in early September and ends in mid-October. The registrtion period for the spring league begins in late January and ends in mid February. The summer league is only offered for high school students. THe registration period for the summer league is mid-April through the first week in May.
