The Human Resources Department for the City of Strongsville is located in the Municipal Offices and Service Center, 16099 Foltz Parkway, Strongsville, Ohio 44149 (approximately ¾ mile southwest of the intersection of Lunn Rd. and Prospect Rd.). The Department was created by Ordinance in 2008. The Human Resources Department handles all employment and human resource issues and projects for all City departments and employees.
Human Resources Mission
The mission of the Human Resources Department is to serve as a strategic partner in providing effective human resource services, support and direction to the Administration, City Council, Boards, Commissions and employees of the City of Strongsville. The Department will work to facilitate the alignment of employees’ needs, talents and beliefs with the City’s mission, strategies and values to effectively provide excellent public services for the residents, the business community and visitors to the City of Strongsville.
