Our degreed and certified personal trainers will measure and assess your resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, waist-to-hip ratio, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. This also includes a brief overview of cardio machines, target heart rate, and the significance of using it. Please register at the front desk and one of our personal trainers will call you.
Sign up for an exercise orientation with one of our personal trainers for proper utilization of strength machines and guidance on program creation including sets and reps. Please register at the front desk and one of our personal trailers will call you.
