Welcome to the Strongsville Yoga School
Here is where mind, body and spirit come together for every skill level -- a place for those who want to practice yoga for relaxation and strength to those who seek to start a yoga teaching career. The Strongsville Yoga School is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour yoga teacher training school. We are located in the Mind-Body Studio at the Ehrnfelt Recreation Center, 18100 Royalton Road, Strongsville, 44136.
For all levels. Energizing flow. Modifications provided so poses are accessible to varying levels. Class combines strength, flexibility and breathing techniques.
An intermediate - advanced practice class for those who have taken at least 8 previous yoga classes.
Powerful Flow Yoga
Warm class built on a foundation of traditional yoga postures, linking breath to movement and building inner fire. Fluid, invigorating flow, ending with relaxation poses. All levels welcomed, however knowledge of basic yoga poses is recommended.
Drop In Classes: $8 for Rec Center members; $10 for non-members
One-year Unlimited Contract for Yoga, Pilates and Barre Classes:
10 Class Pass (expires 1 month from date of purchase): $35 for members; $45 for Strongsville residents; $55 for non-member non-residents
Unlimited Monthly -- No Commitment (expires 1 month from date of purchase): $55 for members, $65 for residents, $75 for non-member non-residents. This package includes group exercise classes and spinning.
$22/month for members; $32/month for residents; $42/month for non-member non-residents. Lump sum payments for the year would be $240 for members; $348 for residents; $470 for non-member non-residents.

About Our Lead Teacher
Meghan Reimer, E-RYT 200, has been teaching yoga since 2011 and has accumulated over 3,100 hours of teaching. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Kent State University in 2001. By continuing to learn from many teachers since completing her own teacher training, Meghan continues to grow and learn as both a teacher and student. Her classes focus on safety, proper alignment, and breath while also providing a light and fun atmosphere. She believes there is a yoga style and teacher for everyone.

All passes are purchased at the front desk. Participants must show pass at front desk prior to class to receive entry number for class. Entry number is given to teacher for admittance into class.
Participants must be at least 15 years of age.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time-no admittance into class after start time
Mats are available for use
Please remove shoes before entering studio. Lockers are available to store personal items.
