Power Hour – New Evening Program!
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm Beginning September 4th
A perfect mix of cardio and strength techniques to help you gain muscle and cardiovascular endurance. This class will feature different stations for you to obtain a total body workout in just one hour. This is a drop in program, taught by a Certified Fitness Instructor.

ASIAN EXERCISE (INCLUDING TAI CHI)
Mondays, 9:15am – 10:15am
Winter Asian Exercise will focus on balance, lung capacity, overall flexibility and mental acuity. All the exercises will be slow and deliberate without strain on the joints, but still keep us warm and toasty in winter weather. As always, all exercises will be tailored to each person's condition and ability.

Cardio Fit
Tuesdays, starting July 2nd 9:00-9:45am
Looking to increase your cardio workout? Join Mary Lea on Tuesday’s from 9:00-9:45am for a brand new cardio focused workout. Cardio exercise is known to help burn calories, improve your heart strength, increase lung capacity and helps with overall endurance. Mary Lea will lead you through fun and easy to follow, joint friendly moves, with just enough variety to keep you coming back. Modifications shown for all fitness levels. Be sure to try out this great new class! This is a drop in class.

Salsacise
Mondays 10:30 - 11:15 a.m.
Salsacise is a fun, low impact workout that uses a combination of Latin dance and traditional class moves that are easy to follow. Join us for some fun and a great workout!
Rhythm and Movement
Wednesdays 10 – 11 a.m.
This class includes simple moves and steps using a variety of rhythmic music.
Express Circuit
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30-8:15am

Qigong (Chi Gong) – Moving Meditation
Mondays 4:00-4:45pm
Qigong exercise consists of a combination of sitting meditation and gentle physical movements that emphasizes calm mind, relaxed body, and regular respiration. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, Qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance translated Qi (Chi), translated as "life energy". Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind. Instructor: Ted Smith

Flex, Movement & Balance
Mondays 2:15-3:30pm
Join our Certified Fitness Instructor as she helps you stretch and flex, to improve your balance and flexibility. You will utilize bands (supplied by the Senior Center) and even learn some Yoga, all in an effort to improve your overall physical health. This is a drop-in program.
