If you're getting rid of broken holiday lights, they can be recycled, but NOT in your regular curbside recycling.
If you'd like to recycle them, bring them to the city service garage, 16099 Foltz Pkwy., and leave them at the dock where old computers are accepted.
Otherwise, dispose of them in your regular trash.
