Trick or Treat is Oct. 31 in Strongsville

Trick or treat in Strongsville will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31, Halloween night.
Police will have extra patrols on the street that evening. Motorists are asked to drive slowly and be extra careful during trick or treat hours.
