Arts in Strongsville presents a Day at the Chalet, a free family outdoor arts festival the emphasizes hands-on arts projects and learning for kids in music, dance, painting, drawing and more, on Sept. 15 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Cleveland Metroparks Chalet, located on Valley Parkway between Pearl Road and West 130th Street.
There will be crafts for kids and vendor booths, plus live stage music and entertainment. Food will be available for purchase. Free parking and shuttles from the RTA Park-n-Ride lot on Pearl Road at near the turnpike.
There will be face painting, a balloon artist, tattoos and a number of crafts for kids. Entertainment includes the Cleveland TOPS Swing Band, Marching Mustangs, The Academy of Irish Dance, magician Michael Mage, Jim's Little Big Band and the Heart Beats Jump Rope Team.
