Summer Canning Extravaganza Series

Join Chef Jeremy Umansky of Larder Delicatessen & Bakery for a canning and preservation series at the Strongsville Library. You will learn all there is to know about canning, pressure canning, and many other techniques that you can use to preserve your garden harvest or farmers market haul. June 21 - Part 1: Canning (high acid), June 22 - Part 2: Pressure Canning, June 23 - Part 3: Other preservation, dehydrating, freezing, salting.
