Pre-1994 Community Reinvestment Areas (CRA)
The City of Strongsville currently has nineteen (19)
Pre-1994 Community Reinvestment Areas (CRA) established throughout the community.
Through the CRA Program, companies constructing or expanding facilities located within CRA zones may be eligible to receive 100% property tax abatement on the improvements for a term of up to fifteen (15) years.

Strongsville Job/Payroll Creation Incentive Grant
The City of Strongsville has established a Job/Payroll Creation Incentive Program that offers annual grants based on withholding percentages to eligible projects that create new, full-time jobs and generate significant new payroll.
