• BACKGROUND CHECK: All managers and coaches must agree to submit a background check every 2-years. The Strongsville Recreation Department will pay for this online background check. Results will remain private.

• CODE OF ETHICS: All managers and coaches must read, understand and adhere to the coaches code of ethics policy linked below.

• CONCUSSION INFO: All managers and coaches must be certified in accordance with the State of Ohio Return to Play Law (Concussion) every three years. The course can be completed at the link below.  Coaches are also required to review the Concussion FAQ page and Concussion Info Sheet linked below.

• SEXUAL MISCONDUCT POLICY: All managers and coaches must read, understand and adehere to the City of Strongsville's Sexual Misconduct Prevention Policy.  That information is linked below.

• SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST: Managers and coaches should be aware of the State of Ohio Lindsay’s Law (Sudden Cardiac Arrest) and must watch the below 18-minute video and read the informational handout.  Both items are linked below.
