Town Center Park Concert Rules

General Policies

In accordance with industry standards applicable Federal, State, and Local law, the City of Strongsville has implemented the following procedures for all events. Each event may have exceptions to these policies. Be sure to check the event pages on the City Webpage for updates and or changes prior to each concert.

  • All guests entering the venue are subject to a visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff.
  • All guests and bags may be visually searched prior to entry. Purses, diaper bags and other small personal bags are allowed, but will be inspected at the entrance.
  • No unauthorized vendors are allowed.
  • Sealed plastic water bottles are permitted.

Guest Conduct

Guests may be asked to leave the property for reasons including, but not limited to the following:

  • Unruly conduct
  • Use of illegal substances or drugs, smoking or vaping
  • Disruptive behavior
  • Use of profane, obscene or abusive language of any type
  • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside the venue
  • Throwing of any objects.
  • Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating performers, other guests, or city employees/ volunteers
  • Participating in a fight
  • Entering or attempting to enter any “Authorized Personnel Only” areas, such as: the stage area, backstage, behind points of sale
  • Any action that, in the opinion of the city event staff, places other guests in danger or reduces their enjoyment of the event
  • Guests that are asked to leave the property may be subject to arrest.

Tailgating

Tailgating is strictly prohibited in the public parking lots. The City of Strongsville appreciates your cooperation in helping us provide a safe environment for all patrons.

Alcohol Policy

  • No outside alcohol allowed (per Ohio law).
  • Beer & wine available at venue only.
  • Valid photo ID required for each purchase, no photos or photocopies accepted.
  • Must be 21+ to buy alcohol—ID must match buyer.
  • Accepted IDs: U.S. driver’s license, state ID, military ID, passport (with photo).
  • 2-drink limit per transaction.
  • No service to intoxicated individuals.
  • Visibly intoxicated guests may be denied entry or removed without refund.
  • Alcohol must be consumed responsibly within the designated areas.
  • CASHLESS!

Underage Drinking

Underage drinking will not be tolerated at the event or in any parking areas located around the venues. Anyone under the legal age of 21 drinking, or in the possession of alcohol, will be subject to citation and/or arrest and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, The City of Strongsville reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is visibly intoxicated.

Smoking

Smoking, vaping and tobacco use is not permitted. No Exceptions!

Inclement Weather

All performances go on rain or shine. If weather is severe, cancellations will be announced on our social media pages.

Children

For all Concert Events: all children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Restricted Items:

Please note the following items are prohibited inside the concert venue area

• Alcohol, tobacco, drugs or e-cigarettes

• Fireworks or incendiary devices of any kind

• Glass or metal containers

• Laser pointers

• Aerosol spray cans

• Posters/signs larger than 8 ½” x 11”

• Noise making devices of any kind including but not limited to air horns, whistles, drums, bells

• Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, scooters, etc. inside the venue

• Balloons, frisbees, beachballs, footballs, etc.

• Pets (except Service Animals covered under ADA Regulations)

• Coolers

• Backpacks

*Any other items deemed unacceptable by the City Event Staff.
