Strongsville police officers will again stop kids they see wearing bicycle helmets as they ride this summer and give them 'citations' -- tickets that congratulate them for their bike safety and that can be redeemed for a free ice cream cone at Olympia Sweet Treats and Grill.
The kids can also enter a raffle for a new bike.
Police here have participated for several years in AAA's Helmet Smart campaign.
