City of Strongsville administrative offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 24 and 25, for Thanksgiving. There will be no trash collection Thursday. Thursday routes will be collected on Friday, and Friday routes on Saturday. The Rec Center will be closed Thursday and open regular hours Friday.
