The Recreation and Senior Center will close for annual maintenance and repairs Aug. 31 through Sept. 2, 2026.
In addition, the basketball courts and gyms closed Aug. 17 and will remain closed through Sept. 4. And the Aquatic Center closed July 20 and will remain closed about three months.
From Aug. 17 to Sept. 4, all Strongsville rec center members are able to use the Middleburg Heights Rec Center and the Brunswick Rec Center free of charge. Please call those facilities to check their pool and basketball court scheduling before arriving.
The Rec Center will be closed for Labor Day Sept. 7.
