The Strongsville Historical Society will host an open house at the Historical Village, 13305 Pearl Road, on Memorial Day, May 26, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
After the annual VFW parade and ceremony, guests are invited to the village to tour all of the buildings, visit the military display, place a blue or gold star on the Gold Star tree honoring veterans and see the Missing Man Table honoring fallen heroes.
There will also be crafts for kids and a scavenger hunt to learn more about some historic items in the village.
Some Ohio History Day exhibits created by Strongsville High School students for the Ohio Annual History Day competition will also be on display.
