The Rotary Club of Strongsville will host its annual Duck Race and Kids Fest Aug. 8, 2026 at Camp Cheerful, 15000 Cheerful Lane, in Strongsville.
The Kids Fest is free and open to everyone, with inflatables, touch a truck, pony rides, face painting, food and more. It runs 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The ducks will launch about 2 p.m., finishing at the Camp Cheerful Bridge. Grand prize is $5,000; second place is $2,000; third is $1,500; fourth and fifth are $500. You can sponsor a duck at
