The Strongsville Chamber of Commerce will host its inaugural Strongsville Clambake a from 12 to 5 p.m. Oct. 11 at Encore Event Center, 16808 Pearl Road. The event includes a dozen clams, roasted corn, clam chowder, sweet corn, sweet potatoes, rolls and Honey Crisp apple pie. Guests can also add steak, snow crab or extra clams. Beer, wine and open bar options will be available. Live music from Tricky Dick and the Cover Ups. There will also be a 50/50 raffle. Proceeds benefit the Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund.
