The Strongsville Recreation Department will host a Touch a Truck event on Friday, June 27, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. across from Town Center Park, 18300 Zverina Lane. Kids of all ages can explore various types of trucks and large vehicles. Admission is free.

The Strongsville Community Band will play a series of outdoor concerts this summer at Strongsville Middle School. All will begin at 7:30 p.m. Bring a blanket or lawn chair to enjoy the free show. Summer concerts in 2025 are scheduled for: Friday, June 27 Thursday, July 3 Friday, July 11 Friday, August 1 In addition, the Strongsville City Jazz Swing Band will play a free concert on Friday, July 18 at Strongsville Middle School.

Fourth of July Fireworks and Party

City Commons, corner of Pearl and Royalton roads
The annual Fourth of July fireworks show will take place at dusk on Friday, July 4, 2025 at the Commons, corner of Pearl and Royalton Roads (Routes 42 and 82). Before the display, the Strongsville Recreation Department will host a party on the Commons from 6 to 9 p.m. with food trucks, face painters, balloon artists and bounce houses. Admission is free and everyone is welcome. Please note that Town Center Park will close at 8 p.m. that day. It will not be open for fireworks viewing because it's within the area of fireworks fallout. The Rec Center and Town Center parking lots will be open, though, and have a good view of the display.
