Writing Life's Stories: Memoir Writing Series

Each session of this six-week memoir class at Strongsville Library includes writing basics, writing exercises, voluntary read-alouds, and homework. Shake loose all sorts of story ideas, advance skills, and gain insight by listening to one another's work. This series will cover the topics of challenges, family tales, sense of place, friendship, cultural influences, and personal soundtrack. Presented by author and editor, Laura Grace Weldon, a writer, editor, and the author of four books. Her articles, essays and poetry have appeared in a range of commercial and literary publications.
