Strongsville Homecoming Festival

City Commons, corner of Pearl and Royalton roads
The 2025 Homecoming Festival runs July 23-26 on the Commons, corner of Pearl and Royalton roads, with carnival rides, games, food, entertainment and more. The midway opens at 3 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and at noon on Saturday. Admission is free. All-day ride passes are $30; individual ride tickets are also available. Headlining the entertainment are Ace Molar on Wednesday, The Joey Amato Band on Thursday, Skinny Moo on Friday and Radiate Live on Saturday. The evening shows start at 7 p.m. Also on Saturday, magician Rick Smith Jr. will perform at 3 p.m. The festival will close with the Light Up Strongsville fireworks display at 10 p.m. Saturday. Homecoming is put on by the Strongsville Chamber of Commerce.

Avoiding Probate

According to the AARP, the average cost of probate is between 5-10 percent of the total value of the estate. The minimum time to administer a probate estate is 6 months, and the average time is 14 months. Through this workshop at Strongsville Library, experts will discuss the complexities of the probate court system. Moreover, attendees will learn various ways to avoid probate while also considering the basic estate planning tools. Light refreshments provided. Attorney Dan A. Baron focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Mr. Baron is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and Elder Counsel.

Strongsville Community Band Concert

Movie Night at Town Center Park
