Strongsville Business & Technology Park is the largest industrial park in Strongsville and Northeast Ohio.  The park consists of Foltz Parkway, Commerce Parkway, Ascoa Court, Imperial Parkway, Stelfast Drive, and parts of Drake and Lunn Road.

The area of the park stretches over 1,693 acres.

Crain's Cleveland Business Magazine (Sept. 8, 2008) ranked Strongsville Business & Technology Park as the #1 industrial park in terms of acres in Northeast Ohio.

Strongsville Business & Technology Park is home to many successful operations, including Momentive Performance Materials, the CSC Group, Swagelok Hy-Level Industries, Clark-Reliance Corporation, and Avery Dennison. 

Overall, there are 70 companies located in the park employing over 3,275 people.
