Strongsville Business & Technology Park is the largest of all of the industrial parks within Strongsville.  The park consists of Foltz Parkway, Commerce Parkway, Ascoa Court, Imperial Parkway, Stelfast Drive, and parts of Drake and Lunn Road.

The area of the park stretches over 1,693 acres.

Crain's Cleveland Business Magazine (Sept. 10, 2007) ranked Strongsville Business & Technology Park as the #1 industrial park in terms of acres in Northeast Ohio.

Strongsville Business & Technology Park is home to many successful operations, including Momentive Performance Materials, Swagelok Hy-Level Industries, Clark-Reliance Corporation, and Avery Dennison.
