Halloween Storytime and Costume Parade

For ages 3-5, Oct. 31 from 2-2:45 p.m. Enjoy a friendly Halloween gathering with stories, music and a craft. Costumes are encouraged. Then kids will parade through the library to collect goodies to take home.
