Strolling SneakersAge 50+ ~ Mondays ~ 9am Come and enjoy an early morning walk, friendship, fun and exercise by joining this group of happy, hearty souls. Destination for each walk is determined by the group when they meet at the Senior Center. S.M.I.L.E Age 50+ ~ Mondays, Wednesday, Friday ~ 9am Fees: $1.00 Silver Mustang Members ~ $1.50 Silver Mustang Member So Much Improvement with a Little Exercise Low intensity exercise for range of motion, flexibility and balance. Rhythm and MovementParticipants perform simple moves and steps using a variety of music at your own pace while using full range of motion. YogaRe-energize and challenge yourself to find that calmness, strength, and flexibility in this invigorationg and therapeutic class. Dress comfortably and bring a mat!
