Assessments

Our degreed and certified personal trainers will measure and assess your resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, waist-to-hip ratio, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. This also includes a brief overview of cardio machines, target heart rate, and the significance of using it. Please register at the front desk and one of our personal trainers will call you.

Exercise Orientation

Sign up for an exercise orientation with one of our personal trainers for proper utilization of strength machines and guidance on program creation including sets and reps. Please register at the front desk and one of our personal trailers will call you.

Personal Training

Reach your goals by customizing and implementing a specific exercise program for you. Our degreed and/or certified trainers have experience working with both men and women of all ages from those who have led a sedentary lifestyle to elite athletes. Take advantage of this opportunity to have one of our personal trainers motivate you to new heights! We also offer ½ hour sessions and team training.

Nutritional Consult

Whether you 're looking to lower your cholesterol level, blood pressure or weight; have been diagnosed with diabetes; or are just looking for the cutting edge in sports performance, our registered and licensed dietitian, Angel Bobula, can help you achieve all your goals and guide you to creating your own personal profile. The consult includes evaluations of personal metabolism, overview of nutritional habits and designing your meals. Sign up at the front desk for a nutritionist to call you.
